Sponge Cake
Ingredients ==========
200g sponge cake mix flour
4 eggs
4 tbsp water or juice
4 tbsp melted butter/corn oil
Method

- Put flour & eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Use low speed to mix into a smooth batter.
- Change to high speed & beat till white & creamy.
- Add water or juices beat until light & fluffy.
- To test, use mixture to drip into a "O" shape & it can keep for 10 seconds.
- Add in butter. Use a spatula & mix in one direction until well combined.
- Pour into a greased baking tin, bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 30-35 mins till cooked & golden brown.
Chocolate Chips and Walnut Cookies
Ingredients

(A)
250g butter
200g castor sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
(B)
400g plain flour
2tsp baking powder
(C)
200g choc chips
100g walnut, chopped coarsely
Method
=====
- Cream A till well-combined, add B & mix well. Lastly add C & mix well.
- Use teaspoon to shape into a balls & arrange on greased baking tin. Bake at 180C for about 15-20 minutes till firm.
