Selection of dishes, self-service

Previously, during our first visit to Seng Yi Restaurant at Kingfisher, we came through this Restaurant Uncle Bob and it seems really appealing to us. Since I was really tired after my class today, we decided to have our brunch here before we headed home to take a rest.

We were quite blurred when we reached. Little do we know that it was a self-service restaurant. From picking up rice to picking up dishes, you need to do it by yourself. Plates, cutlery, rice and selection of dishes are placed on the counter tables. Prices are base on the dishes you picked. The staff will come to you and calculate the price once you have sit down.

My lunch RM5.00 + Soya Milk RM1.80, Monica lunch RM5.00, Total RM11.80. Water and soup are free, self service.

Ayam Masak Merah, Sayur Pucuk Manis and Bitter gourd with rice RM5.00

To be honest, I found that the food tasted good. It suits my taste bud. I personally love the Ayam Masak Merah and the thick curry chicken's gravy. It have been quite some times since the last time I had a nice Ayam Masak Merah. For sure, I will be back for more and to try out the grilled fish.
